Self -catering accommodation by the sea
Your self-catering accommodation is in a quiet lane, two minute’s walk from Trevone’s two beaches. It is a Edwardian seaside villa, with an extension to the side for a large kitchen / dining area with underfloor central heating fully fitted with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, double fridge, freezer, microwave, one baby & one toddler's high-chair. There is a private garden with garden furniture for dining out.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine & tumble drier, and a spacious wet-room with twin showers and loo where you can change from your wetsuits after surfing. Also downstairs is a big sitting room with a bay window, TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, DVD, video, & games cupboard. There is also another separate downstairs loo.
Upstairs sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size (5’ 6”) double bed with small ensuite; the second has 2 single beds, the third also has 2 single beds; and the fourth has a bunk bed suitable for 2 children under 45kg / 7st / 100lb, (a typical 12 year old), plus a fixed cot. A portable folding cot is also available. There is a separate beautiful bathroom with a bath / power shower, washbasin and loo.
Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own duvet covers, bottom sheets (fitted or flat), pillowcases & towels.
